Having visited Lawrences during my recent stay in Sintra, I must say that the combination of luxury and value at this historic hotel is truly noteworthy. The location is just perfect for exploring the charming town and its surroundings. The room we stayed in, Case de Cha, was not only beautifully decorated but also boasted the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel - a true indulgence after a long day of surfing.The staff at Lawrences were incredibly helpful and added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel right at home. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, offering a great start to the day. While the hotel doesn't offer all the amenities of a modern luxury resort, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff more than make up for it.If you are looking for a cozy and intimate hotel with a touch of historic charm, Lawrences is definitely a great choice. The value for money here is excellent, especially considering the prime location and top-notch service. A delightful stay that I would highly recommend to fellow travelers seeking a mix of luxury and affordability.
